What currency are prices shown in?

Prices are displayed in your local currency using our automatic currency converter. At checkout, you can pay directly in your selected local currency (if supported) through Shopify Payments. If your currency isn’t supported, checkout will default to USD, and your bank or payment provider will handle any currency conversion.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

  • United States: 8–10 business days standard; select items deliver in 3–5 business days.
  • Canada / UK / EU / Australia / New Zealand / MENA: typically 6–12 business days.
  • Other regions: 10–17 business days depending on destination.
Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

For change-of-mind returns, we accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable and return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

To start a return, email Support@zioraluxe.com with your order number, full name, and the email used at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can cancel within 2 hours of payment by emailing Support@zioraluxe.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. If the order has already shipped, please use our return process after it arrives.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

Email us at Support@zioraluxe.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to correct it before processing. If the package ships to the incorrect address, we can’t guarantee recovery or refund.

How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers. Average delivery is 7–10 business days. Some U.S. items deliver in 3–5 business days. Customs or local carrier delays may extend timelines.
